Locations, clients and groups
Organise locations by client and group, and focus the whole app on one of them.
Clients, locations and groups
A client holds its locations and people. A group is a handy set of locations inside a client, for example all branches in one city. Groups are managed on Locations, then Import from Google, in the Groups panel.
- Open Locations, then Import from Google.
- In Groups, enter a new group name and create it.
- Tick the member locations and save.
Focus on one client, group or location
The switcher at the top of the app narrows the pages to one client, group or location, or shows all clients. The choice follows you from page to page until you change it. Some pages still ask you to pick a client when you are on All clients.
The Locations list
Filter by status (All, Active, Inactive, Needs re-link) and group. A location that needs re-linking lost its Google connection. Reconnect the Google account or import it again.
Only owners, admins and managers can turn locations on or off.
