Reviews and replies
Read new Google reviews, write replies, and get them checked, approved and published.
Where reviews come from
Reviews arrive in three ways: when you import a location, when you choose Sync now on the Reviews page, and by an automatic sync about every 2 hours. Google's instant push alerts are not set up yet, so a brand new review can take up to 2 hours to show.
Use the filters to narrow by location, group, star rating, date, or whether a review still needs a reply. The search box looks in the review text and the reviewer's name.
Write and send a reply
- Open a review and choose Write reply, or start from a saved template.
- Press Check. The checker flags things like phone numbers, links or risky wording. Blocking problems must be fixed. Warnings need you to tick that you have seen them.
- Save the draft, then submit it for approval.
- A person with approval rights approves it. Then a manager, admin or owner publishes it.
A client can choose to approve 4 and 5 star replies automatically. That is set under Settings, then Reply settings. Reply templates live under Settings, then Reply templates.
Work as a team
Assign a review to a teammate with an optional due date and a private note. Notes are never sent to Google and never appear in a reply. The pills Everyone, Assigned to me and Overdue show what is on your plate.
More tools on the Reviews page
- Bulk reply: answer many reviews in one go, still checked and approved.
- Analytics: reviews by month, average rating, reply rate and how fast you reply.
- Requests: make a tracked short link and QR code that sends customers straight to your Google review form, and see how often it was opened. Sending requests by text or email needs a provider that is not set up yet.
- Export CSV: download the reviews you are looking at. Every export is logged.
