Reports
Branded PDF reports for clients, with share links and monthly emails.
Two kinds of report
- Performance report: searches, views and actions from Google, and search keywords, by location.
- Review report: new reviews, rating trend, star mix, reply rate and time to reply. It never includes review text or reviewer names.
The Performance page shows the same numbers on screen.
Create and send one
- Open Reports and choose New report. Pick the type.
- Choose what it covers (the whole client, chosen locations or a group), the period and the language.
- Save it, then choose Generate. The PDF is built in the background and appears under Delivery history.
- Download it, or choose Share link to make a public link that expires in 1 to 30 days (7 by default). The link is shown once.
Turn on the monthly schedule and each recipient gets a share link on the 1st of the month at 9 in the morning, client time. You can revoke a share link at any time.
Needs setup. Monthly emails need an email provider on the server. Without one, nothing is emailed and the report shows as not live. Report numbers come from Google data, so they need a connected account.
