A white label client portal for Google Business Profile agencies

A white label client portal is a login where your clients approve work and see results under your agency's name. In OpenGMB, clients approve replies, posts and profile edits and see how their listings are doing, in your colors and with your logo. They never publish, and one price covers every client.

How does the OpenGMB client portal work?

Three steps, from your brand to a client's first approval.

  1. Set your brand

Add your agency name, two colors and a logo. You can also give each client its own logo, which shows next to the client's name in the portal.

  2. Invite a client

Invite a client by email as an approver or as a viewer. The link lasts 7 days, and the client signs in with two-factor authentication.

  3. The client approves, your team publishes

The client approves an item or sends it back with a note on what to change. Approving does not publish. Your team publishes it.

What does a client see in the portal?

One overview page and a reviews page, for their own business only.

  • What is waiting for their approval: replies to reviews, posts, profile changes and post edits.

  • Results for the last 30 days against the 30 days before: calls, direction requests, new reviews and average rating.

  • A rating trend for the last 6 months.

  • Recently published items and the latest reviews.

How does a client know who wrote something?

Each item carries a label, so nobody has to guess.

  • A reply drafted over MCP says "Drafted by Claude via MCP".

  • A reply approved by your star rule says "Auto-approved" and names the rule.

  • Next to every item, the client sees the result of the rules check: no problems found, or the number of warnings.

Built in: how do clients stay in control of what goes out?

A client can approve or send back. Everything else is left to your team.

Clients approve, your team publishes

An approver can approve or send back. A viewer can only look. Neither can draft, publish or edit a profile.

A client sees only their own business, and a client's API token can only approve or send back.

Rules run on what the client sees

Replies, posts and profile changes are checked by the same rules before anyone can approve them. The result is shown next to the item.

What is not live yet?

Branding covers your name, logo and colors. It does not cover your domain.

  • Custom domains for the portal and a custom sending domain are not live yet. Portal links, share links and emails come from OpenGMB's own address.

Who uses a client portal: business owners and agencies

Business owner with an agency

Your agency drafts a reply to a 2-star review. You open the portal on your phone, read the review and the draft, and approve it or tell the team what to change.

The overview shows calls and direction requests for the last 30 days, so you can see what the work is doing.

Agency managing several clients

Give every client a login under your name. They approve in the portal instead of by email, and your team publishes when they have.

One price covers the account however many clients you add. Compare that with BrightLocal pricing.

Which credits does the client portal use?

As of 2026-10-24, OpenGMB costs $10 a month per account. The $10 is usage credit, and only AI drafts and rank scans use it.

It is a login where your clients see and approve work under your agency's name. In OpenGMB the portal header shows your name, logo and colors, and invitation emails carry them too.

Can my clients publish?

No. A client can approve or send back. Approving does not publish: your team publishes it.

Does each client cost extra?

No. The plan is priced per account, not per client, so you can add as many clients as you manage.

Can I use my own domain?
