Credit used = AI drafts x the estimated charge per draft + rank scans x grid points x $0.0006 + 28%. Google Business Profile calls add nothing. If the credit used is more than $10, you top up the difference.
The per-draft figure is an estimate, $0.0004, not a price. It prices a typical reply draft of about 1,000 tokens in and 400 tokens out on Claude Haiku 5.5, using Anthropic's token prices checked 2026-10-21, plus 28%. The real charge for each draft is its metered cost plus 28%.
An agency with 10 locations, 150 AI drafts and 20 rank scans of 7x7 grids in a month uses about $0.81 of credit. The bill stays $10.00, about $1.00 per location.

Most local SEO tools charge for every location, so a client with ten profiles costs ten times as much. OpenGMB charges once for the account.
The credit pays for the work that costs us money, which is AI drafts and rank scans. Adding a location adds no cost until you use one of those.
