How do the features fit together?
Every reply, post and profile change follows the same path: a draft, a rules check, an approval and then a send. You can write a draft by hand, start from a template, use the built-in AI or ask Claude over MCP. The rules run again just before anything is sent to Google.
Posts and profile changes always need someone with approval rights. Replies do too, unless an owner or admin turns on auto-approve for 4- or 5-star reviews. See guardrails and approvals for what the rules check.
How does credit work?
As of 2026-10-24, OpenGMB costs $10 a month per account. The $10 is usage credit, and only AI drafts and rank scans use it. Read pricing for the unit prices and a monthly estimate.
