SynGMB

Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-20

The rules for using SynGMB. Please read them with the privacy policy.

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and Synectus Private Limited (Synectus, "we"), a company in India (CIN U62090GJ2025PTC158996) with the postal address 315 Radhe Square, Nr. Reliance Circle, Kudasan, Gandhinagar, Gujarat 382421, India. By creating an account or using SynGMB you agree to them. SynGMB is for business use by people aged 18 or over. If you use SynGMB for an organization, you confirm you may bind it. If you do not agree, do not use SynGMB.

2. The service

SynGMB helps agencies and businesses manage Google Business Profiles: reviews and replies, posts, profile edits, reports, rank tracking and a client approval flow. It works through Google's APIs and through an MCP interface for AI agents that you choose to connect. Features can change. SynGMB is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. "Google" and "Google Business Profile" are trademarks of Google LLC.

3. Accounts and security

  • Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secret, and use two-factor sign-in, which is required.
  • Do not share your password, codes or API tokens. Each person uses their own account.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite and the roles you give them.
  • An organization owner can add and remove people and delete clients. Tell us quickly at info@synectus.com if you think an account was misused.

4. Agencies, clients and authority

You must have the right to manage every Google Business Profile you connect. If you are an agency, you confirm that each client business has authorized you to manage its profile and to use SynGMB for it. That includes authorization for SynGMB to read its data and to publish replies, posts and profile changes to Google on your instruction. Keep proof of that authorization. We may ask for it.

When a client relationship ends, remove that client and its access promptly. Tell the client about changes to its profile as Google's rules require.

SynGMB sends something to Google only when a person on your team asks for it, or when your account has a setting that approves or publishes replies to high star ratings automatically. You decide whether to turn that setting on, and you are responsible for what it publishes.

5. Dependence on Google

SynGMB depends on Google's APIs. You must follow Google's terms, the Google Business Profile policies, Google's content and review policies, and the Google API Services User Data Policy. Google can change, limit or switch off its APIs, or suspend a profile, at any time. When that happens, parts of SynGMB may work differently or stop working. We do not control Google and are not responsible for its decisions.

How we handle Google data is described in the privacy policy. You can remove SynGMB's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of content you put into SynGMB and of data that comes from your profiles. You give us a licence to host, process and send it to Google and to our providers only as needed to run the service for you. For business data about your clients, we process it on your instructions, as the privacy policy says.

You are responsible for what you publish. Replies and posts must be lawful, truthful and not misleading, and must follow Google's content policies. Do not put protected health information in replies, notes or posts. SynGMB is not a HIPAA business associate and we do not sign business associate agreements. If health information gets in by mistake, tell us and we will delete it. Our reply checks are a safety net, not legal advice. You decide what goes out.

7. Acceptable use

  • No fake reviews, no reviews written for pay, and no incentives for reviews where Google forbids them. No selective requests that only ask happy customers for reviews if Google forbids that.
  • No impersonation of a person or business, and no false claims about your link to Google.
  • No unlawful use, abuse of Google's APIs, or attempts to get around rate limits, quotas or access controls.
  • No scraping, copying or reselling of Google content through SynGMB, and no showing non-public Google data to third parties unless the business chose to share it, for example with a shared report link.
  • No probing or overloading SynGMB, no sharing of API tokens outside your organization, and no reverse engineering.
  • No uploading malware or content you have no right to use.
  • AI agents you connect act with your permissions. You are responsible for what they are allowed to do.

8. Fees

SynGMB has no fees today. Some features may use third-party credits that you pay for to that third party, for example your own DataForSEO key for rank tracking. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you at least 30 days notice, and you will only be charged if you accept the plan separately. You can stop using SynGMB instead.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using SynGMB at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, put others or the service at risk, or if the law or Google requires it. We will give notice where we reasonably can. We may also end the service with at least 30 days notice.

Owners and admins can export a client's data, and owners can permanently delete it, in Settings, Privacy and data. Export before you leave. After you ask us to close your account, or after we end your access, we delete your data as the privacy policy describes, and copies in backups are gone within 30 days. If you ask us in writing before we close your account, we will give you an export. Deleting a client removes it from SynGMB only; content already on Google stays on Google. Deletion cannot be undone. Clauses that by their nature should continue, such as liability, indemnity and governing law, continue after the end.

10. No warranty

SynGMB is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that Google will keep providing the data or access it provides today. We do not promise any ranking, review or sales result. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties not set out here.

11. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, goodwill or data. Our total liability for all claims about SynGMB is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will cover our losses and reasonable costs from any claim by a third party, including a client business, a reviewer or Google, that comes from content you publish, your lack of authority over a profile, your breach of these terms, or your unlawful use of SynGMB. We will tell you about the claim promptly and let you help defend it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about SynGMB. Either of us may still ask any court for urgent relief to protect confidential information or intellectual property.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will show the date above and, for material changes, email account owners at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using SynGMB after that, you accept the change. If you do not accept it, stop using SynGMB and ask us to close your account.
