How much does Semrush Local cost?

PlanWhat you getBilled monthlyBilled annually
BasePer location, Base$30 (verified 2026-10-27)No yearly total listed

Pro adds Listing Management, review management and generation, advanced GBP management (verified 2026-10-25), so Semrush listing management starts at the higher price.
  • Semrush's pages name plans differently. The pricing page shows Base and Pro, and the listings page says: Listings page FAQ lists Base $30, Essentials $50, Pro $60 per location per month (verified 2026-10-25). Confirm the plan before you buy.

How much does OpenGMB cost, with two examples?

OpenGMB is $10 a month per account, and the $10 is usage credit. Google calls are free, with a fair-use limit. AI drafts and rank scans use the credit, both at our cost plus 28%. If the credit runs out, only AI drafts and rank scans pause. A typical reply draft is about $0.0004. That is an estimate, not a price: each draft is charged at its metered cost plus 28%. The usage numbers below are our own assumptions, not averages.

Owner, 1 location

A month with no AI drafts and no rank scans costs the flat $10. A typical month adds 30 AI drafts and 4 rank scans on a 5x5 grid. That uses about $0.09 of the $10, so the bill is $10.

Semrush Local Base is $30 (verified 2026-10-25) a month for one location, billed annually, and Pro is $60 (verified 2026-10-25). Listing management is in Pro.

Agency, 10 locations

A month with no AI drafts and no rank scans costs the flat $10. A typical month adds 150 AI drafts and 20 rank scans on a 7x7 grid. That uses about $0.81 of the $10, so the bill is $10.

At the listed per-location rate, ten locations on Pro come to $600 (verified 2026-10-25) a month, billed annually, before extra users. Larger accounts are on the Business plan, which is custom pricing, contact sales (verified 2026-10-25).

Why do people look for a Semrush Local alternative?

We only list reasons that Semrush Local's own pages support.

  • Listing management and review management are in Pro. Base is $30 (verified 2026-10-25) and Pro is $60 (verified 2026-10-25) per location, so those features double the price.
  • The price grows with every location: Local Toolkit pricing works per location (verified 2026-10-25). Business is custom pricing, contact sales (verified 2026-10-25).
  • Its MCP page does not name the Local plans: Semrush MCP needs Semrush One Starter or Pro+, SEO Classic Pro or Guru, or a plan plus an API units package; the Local plans are not named (verified 2026-10-25).
  • The product pages name no approval queue. AI review replies can auto-publish or be drafts; the GBP AI Agent posts automatically. No approval queue is named on the product pages. (verified 2026-10-25)
  • Semrush's own pages disagree on plan names: Listings page FAQ lists Base $30, Essentials $50, Pro $60 per location per month (verified 2026-10-25).

One price per account
